Gardens For The People
Argha Noah x Agriculture presents a group think session led by Chris Morris and Eugene Cooke from Grow Where You Are. The two agrospecialists are Atlanta changemakers in the urban agriculture movement and are discovering new growing systems for plants, vegetables, and healthy food in central communities.
This hour long exercise will focus on the sustainable benefits of pragmatic gardening and the practice of repurposing everyday objects into useful planters for domestic gardens and DIY initiatives.
During this session, Chris Morris and Kyle Morais will present the first draft of their design scheme for Argha Noah's featured project: Gardens For The People. We ask for all participants to make suggestions and share their ideas on what type of plants, vegetables, exhibitions, and events they would like to see from this active green space. Volunteer and contributing artists applications will be available upon entry.
*Free Watermelon Slices & Basil Water
